Refund policy

RETURN , EXCHANGE , REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY :

At , ZAFIRA by banno , every piece is carefully curated and quality checked to ensure you receive jewellery that reflects elegance and excellence .

RETURN POLICY :

• We do not accept return on any products once sold .
• Due to the delicate and intimate nature of our jewellery pieces, all purchases are considered FINAL SALE .

EXCHANGE POLICY :

     We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

• You receive a damaged product
• You receive the wrong item

      To be eligible:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• An unboxing video from opening the seal of the package to taking out the product from the package with no cuts, no filter and no editing is mandatory as proof
• Product must be unused and in original packaging

      Once approved , we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost .

REFUND POLICY :

• We do not offer refunds
• In rare cases , where replacement is not possible, we may provide Store Credit , valid for future purchases.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

• Orders once dispatched, cannot be cancelled
